Announcing Hebbia's Partnership with Datasite
Hebbia and Datasite are partnering to bring data room content into Hebbia’s AI platform for institutional finance. Datasite is the virtual data room where institutions share and review the confidential documents behind M&A and capital markets deals, under the security and governance complex deals demand. Mutual customers can now analyze them in Hebbia, next to the filings, market data, and firm documents they already work from.
How Firms Use Hebbia and Datasite
A data room contains the documents a deal team reviews most closely, including CIMs, financials, contracts, and disclosure schedules. Hebbia connects to Datasite so teams can analyze those documents alongside the relevant deal context, all in one place.
With Datasite in Hebbia, teams sign in with their own Datasite credentials and sync one or more projects at once, bringing in only the documents each person has permission to see. A deal team can run its full diligence question list across every document in a data room and turn the findings into a diligence summary or IC memo, with every point cited to the source page.
"Deal teams make better decisions when they have the full picture. Hebbia is a trusted partner and a place where our customers already do their most important work, so we’re bringing the data room to them. With Datasite in Hebbia, teams can read a room against their own precedent deals, and every answer traces to its source page,” said Nicholas Renter, Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Datasite.
